What is Ignite Labs?

IGNITE LABS is the FIRST coworking space and incubator specifically serving underrepresented and BIPOC entrepreneurs and business owners in Western New York. Located on the East side of Buffalo, within the Jefferson Ave. Business District, IGNITE LABS gives you flexible and reserved coworking desks, conference rooms, office suites, meeting rooms, and event spaces.
What is included in my coworking membership?

As an Ignite Labs member you receive: 1. Coworking space to work from and engage with other entrepreneurs and business owners. 2. Dedicated onsite team to help you M-F 9a - 5p. 3. Conference room space 4. High-Speed Wifi 5. Lockers for Storage* 6. Access to Coffee/Tea/Healthy Snack (+ Wine/Beer starting at 4p) 7. Exclusive networking events and workshops 8. What type of events does Ignite Labs hold?

Ignite Labs primary goal is to support underrepresented and BIPOC entrepreneurs and business owners throughout the city of Buffalo. We curate events and workshops that cater to their entrepreneurial journey. These range from: - Business focused events - Community-Based Entrepreneurial Ecosystem Events - Business Pop Up Shops - Workshops and Classes - Networking Events - And More!

What does it cost to become a member?

Ignite Lab memberships starts at $15 for a day pass. (But you can try it out for a day for free.99, shhh don't tell em I said that) For more info on Ignite Labs membership plans Click Here. Do you give discounts on Ignite Labs membership plans?

As an Ignite Labs member you receive the most competitive rates on coworking spaces in the city of Buffalo. However, if 2020 has taught us anything, it's that sometime people just need some help. We offer a free day pass to test out the space, but should you need further assistance set up some time to speak with our community manager Madeline Sgarlata: madeline@TheExchangeBuffalo.org. Remember it takes a village!
What workshops and classes do you offer?

As an entrepreneur and business owner you are able to access any available workshop and class that is offered through The Exchange at Beverly Gray. You can see some of the upcoming one by CLICK HERE. However, as an Ignite Labs member we curate specific workshops and classes catered to all members. These workshops can be found in our coworking app, powered by COWORKS, for easy registration and calendar integration.

Is parking available?

There is an ample amount of parking around The Exchange at Beverly Gray and Ignite Labs. You can find on-street parking right in front on E. Utica, and around the corner on Jefferson Avenue or Dupont Street. Across the street there is a plaza with a public parking lot that you can also utilize.
